Hello and welcome! By using this website or purchasing/commissioning artwork from me, you’re agreeing to a few simple things. Don’t worry, nothing too scary!

Artwork & Commissions
All my artworks, prints, and commissions are handmade with utmost care. Commissions are made just for you, which means once I start creating, they’re non-refundable. I’ll keep you in the loop throughout the process, and any minor tweaks can be made where possible, no major tweaks though. Though some things, like watercolour details, can’t be changed once painted.

Pricing & Payment
All prices are in AUD, and payment is required at checkout or as per your commission agreement.

Shipping & Delivery
I package every artwork carefully, but delivery times can vary. Please make sure your shipping info is correct! Once it’s on its way, the risk passes to you.

Intellectual Property & Copyright
All content on this website, including artworks, images, designs, text, and other materials, is the exclusive intellectual property of Mary Cheng and is protected by copyright law. Purchasing or commissioning artwork does not transfer copyright or any other intellectual property rights, unless explicitly agreed in writing.

Clients may enjoy and display purchased artwork for personal use only. Any reproduction, distribution, public display, resale, or commercial use of the artwork or website content without prior written consent from Mary Cheng is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

Refunds & Returns
Because everything is handmade or custom, all sales are generally final. If something arrives damaged, let me know within 7 days and I’ll do my best to make it right.

Website Use & Privacy
Please don’t misuse my website or copy content without permission. Your info is safe. I only use it to process orders, stay in touch, and improve your experience.
