Refund policy
While I take every care to create high-quality artworks, by purchasing a piece or commissioning a custom artwork, you acknowledge that all sales are generally final. This helps me continue creating unique, handmade work for every client.
Each artwork is created with great care, and many pieces are original or made specially to order. As a result, I’m unable to offer refunds or returns for a change of mind.
If your artwork arrives damaged or there is an issue with your order, please contact me within 7 days of receiving it, and I will do my best to make things right.
For custom commissions, once work begins, the piece is non-refundable because it is created specifically for you and your story. I will keep you updated throughout the process so there are no surprises and adjustments can be made where possible. Please note that some changes may not be possible once a piece is completed (for example, watercolour elements cannot be altered once painted).
